REGISTRATION AND FEES
Participants registration fee for non IOBC WPRS members is 200,00 € for early registration, before December 18th, 2009 (100,00 € for a limited number of graduate and PhD students, after the approval of the organising committee) and 230,00 € for late registration (125,00 € for graduate and PhD Students).
All these fees should be reduced by 50,00 € for IOBC WPRS members.
Participants applying for IOBC WPRS membership before the meeting can register with this special member reduction (see www.iobc-wprs.org/index_member.html).
Registration fee includes documentation of the meeting (to be distributed on arrival), badge, coffee breaks, three lunches (Monday 1st, Tuesday 2th and Wednesday 3th) and one social dinner (Monday 1st).
The special graduate students’ registration fees will be awarded to a maximum of 10 graduate and PhD students. Students willing to apply for this special registration fees should submit their applications to the organization by demonstrating their status as graduate or PhD student in a Plant Protection field with a letter from an academic authority, and they should present a paper (oral or poster) during the workshop.
The registration fee for accompanying persons is 40,00 € .
It includes the social dinner of Monday 1st.
